Nobody's Talking About Rex?

We already knew what we were getting with Rex. He's one of my favorite players of the last decade. He is easily the best we've got in our backfield at this point, and him getting injured is a scary thought unless a newcomer this fall can fill his shoes. Our other RBs were ok. Just ok. I would have to say that based on what I saw I'd have to put #4 behind Rex at this point.
This.

This is why I love Rex. He's reliable, talented, and a good egg, so we don't have to worry about him doing anything stupid. The fact that no one is talking about him is just a testament to his steadiness.

Rex looked as good as ever. What really impresses me about Rex is no matter what, he always seems to get three or four yards after contact, that's huge in developing a strong running game!

People already know Rex is a beast. The spring game is mainly for kids who haven't seen the field yet. This is what gets people excited. Its the new ones who we want to see. Too bad that not even one of Green, Abdullah, or Heard were here to play.
