I don't think Purdy can run like the other two and the coaches can see he'd just be killed.

We always play down to our competition. No matter how bad our opponent may be, we just find a way to keep them in the game and give them hope. We have zero killer instinct and we have fear of success. Unfortunately, no coach has been able to fix this in the past decade.  Pelini was better than those who followed him.
