That's not the point. With or without him we have the same chances of losing out. The point is getting a head start on the future and giving everyone the ease of mind that he is indeed not coming back next year.

Moos is already way ahead of it.  I willing to bet he was told that would be one of the expectations for him taking the job.  

Edit..  You also get Diaco as the interim if you do that I think... YIKES!!

Didn't say i was and didn't lead anyone to think that but you - when somebody makes a bold statement and then continues to bail on it - they should be called out.
