You gotta remember what you looked like out of highschool.Skinny,lanky? You're at your optimal growth age, and if he hadn't been hitting the weightroom hard in highschool, I can see him putting on the feedbag, plus legal supplements, and gaining that weight.

I have a good buddy that went to UNK years ago at 6-6 about 225, and came out weighing 270. He didnt hit the weights real hard in highschool, and they know exactly what to have those guys eat that will give them weight gain. Its all about getting the most ammount of protien when you are hitting the weight room.

there are workouts there and i think that you can even get meal plans also.

i think that the site is geared more toward high school programs and such
