Now that it is almost Game Week...what are your plans?

Looks like I will be out at Tanners in Omaha with a bunch of friends, well, the friends who don't wimp out.
If they whimp out can they really be friends? Over the years I have stoped inviting those that just come to share the party and not the game. I figure I've got 350 to 425 Husker games left in my lifetime and I doun't care to spend any of them with anyone who isn't true RED to the bone.

I do know what you mean but for me it is kind of a 50/50 split, I LOVE the game, watching it and so on but I also love the partying, pre, during and post!

Right now I think we have, counting me, 6, my guess is that we will lose 1 if not 2 of them before Saturday with some really lame excuse.

Since I just moved to Phoenix and know no one here. I guess I'll be going to a watch site unless it's televised on direct.

That stinks! I will be busy until about 1pm that day, which means I will have to rely on friends to grab a table.

First game day plans:

1. Wake up, most likely hungover from pregaming the night before.

2. Take a shower, with a shower beer.

3. Meet up with buddies.

4. Begin the partying.

5. Continue to party at tailgates.

6. Watch game, and lose voice.

7. Eat some awesome food.

8. Continue to drink.

9. ?????

10. Profit

Thought we already had this thread...

In any case, my plans involve being hammered out of my f'ing mind. So really it'll just be your typical Saturday for me :)

Wake up

Take shuttle to airport

Get molested by TSA

Get on plane

Fly to Miami

Meet up with my friends

Fly to Freeport

Disappear for a week

Wife and kid out of town for the weekend, visiting inlaws. Don't know if I can afford the time away from work. But if I can, I *might* drive up the morning of the game. If I do this I'll probably just show up outside the stadium with a wad of cash and buy a scalped ticket. Probably about a 50/50 chance this happens.
