NU accused of dirty recruiting

That tool is a master of idiocy. For just one second lets say that Keller new ON HIS OWN that ou had some problems. On his own that he new that they might be on probation..

How is it 'dirty' if it is stating fact? OU has some serious allegations staring them in the face and I think Keller could probably figure that out on his own. He has been in college for 3 years and left one bad situation and probably didn't want to enter another.

It has to be dirty recruiting! There is absolutely no way a kid in his right mind who wants to be a QB in the NFL would choose Nebraska over OU. :sarcasm

 
If OU recruits ANY top players and they are not informed or by some strange situation of living with out electricity or something, just do not understand the magnitude of the situattion; What would that be called? Negitive recruiting, totally damaging ot the kid, or just plain fu***** these kids over? They screwed up and it should be known to all so these kids can make an educated decision. PERIOD

hmm... you don't think that the bomar-quinn scandal would have deterred sam from choosing oklahoma WITHOUT any nebraska recruiters mentioning it?

i'm sure the kid is a grown-up and has heard of the situtation before leaving arizona st. and came to his own conclusions.

so yeah.. he decided to go to NU over OU, let's blame their recruiters.. because OBVIOUSLY there's NO way he would have picked nebraska over oklahoma unless we used dirty tactics..

give me a break.

 
It's a matter a backing up what you print. If you don't have the facts, shut up! Has a Husker coach ever done negative recruiting to some degree? Maybe, but there is no indication that was the case with Keller. From what I have read, this coaching staff has been pretty clean in its recruiting methods. Are they perfect? Perhaps not, but I have no proof of any negative recruiting.

That makes sense to you and I, but not to some writers. They write things to get a rise out of people and get people talking about them. Is there anything really special about Jim Rome? No. He's just a guy who's reallly into sports, loves to tell you about them and tell you why his opinion is it and has some sorty of complex. Nothing special. Just a guy who people react to.
