Huskers are starting Bird but he is on a limit pitch count, NU is not going to use any of their top 7 pitchers.

Huskers should win this game but it will about how much they want to.

The game is on NET, 1620, 1110, and huskers.com so you better watch/listen or go to it

they should be able to control this one very well now. cu is the type of team that once they get down they give in. im glad to see some younger players in this game. but i think kline should be playing. he needs as much playing time as he can get. hes done failry well lately but i think he could use the experience.

 
Kline has a sore shoulder, thats why cotton is playing.

and wow was his first swing funny, F'ing A cotton, f'ing A, but he made up for it with his second hit in 20 at bats

huskers still up 3-1, they scored on Johnstons misplay (it really wasn't that bad but missed the sliding catch)

Hellick is now out of the game, Lackavic comin in
