Nebraska got there third 4 star recruit and as I said there could be more on the way with the a big recruiting weekend on Sept. 3/4.

Rodney Picou, an offensive lineman out of Moreno Valley, Calif., commit he's an offensive guard that plays in an option offense.

Rivals100.com ranks Picou (pronouced PEE-koo) as the nation's No. 3 guard and the No. 86 prospect overall.

Three of the state's top players are scheduled to visit Lincoln Sept. 3 and 4 for Nebraska's opener against Western Illinois. Among them, running back Marlon Lucky of North Hollywood ranks No. 3 nationally at his position and tops among all California prospects. Inside linebacker Rey Maualuga of Eureka is rated as the nation's No. 1 inside linebacker, and Averell Spicer of Rancho Cucamonga is No. 1 at defensive end.

 
This is great! We sure do seem to making good progress in the recruiting area. Man that home opener is going to be jacked up, so should be an excellent recruiting tool.

You kno i was doubtful at first but callahan is pullin through lets just see if he can bring them in and win some games with them

 
The kid that everyone wants is Inside linebacker Rey Maualuga of Eureka. This kid has been offered by everyone and I got the feeling NU has the lead on him. Although none of this means anything unless they produce on the field.
