NU to unveil $150 million football facility plan Friday

Does Indiana or Miami have what we have for a $165 million football/sports facility like ours? If not, how do they have so much better football players?

Mark Cuban is a Hoosier and is donating. Says next year he's "going to give even more."

Actually, just googling OSU football complex, they haven't built their $150,000,000 complex and practice facility yet. They did recently do a $7,800,000 upgrade.

Meanwhile, we have recruits constantly saying ours is the grandest of them all.
YAY!!! NOW GO HIT SOMEBODY!!

Not sexy talk, but now is a real crap time to build or start construction projects, economically speaking.

May be better to keep our power dry until better economic factors are present…

It will never be cheaper than right now, or 2 years ago, or 6 years ago or 10 years ago.

I wonder what Indiana’s practice facility looks like?

Deluxe high school facility

And Hoosiers stadium ...... 50K capacity, sardine seats

Everything needed to compete for championships from a capital standpoint is in place. There is no reason an established coach should be averaging anything less than 0.75 winning percentage.

The 2027 recruiting class seems to say they are. Will Rhule win enough to keep them is the real question
I hope he can teach those 2027 recruits to wait patently. It will be 2029 before we feel the their affect on the fields maybe 2028 for a few - perhaps Trey and a few other. Perhaps 2030 for it to really be their team when they are juniors. Until then - the 2024-26 classes will need to step up.
Of course the portal could also be a big help before then. We'll see how it pans out and if the class can stay together. Thus, I expect Rhule to be around until at least 2030.

While I'm not uber impressed with Rhule (I'm not calling for his head either) I hope that you're right because that means the program has continued to improve and maybe finally winning some top 25 games and they are consistently ranked in the top 25
