Just curious what everyone's take is on the game next year. OU loses 8 starters on both sides of the ball next year (quoting the announcers from last night). Hopefully with the Juco's coming in and a qb who can complete a 5 yard slant we will be more competitive. I'm sure we would all love to see Jordan, Zac, or Harrison tossing one up with about a minute to go and us up by 4 or 5 touchdowns. We should have a better chance next year.

 
To coin a cliche', we have 2 chances, slim and none.

OU will win by at least 3 td's, NU will be lucky to be above .500, even in the abysmal B12N.

 
I think when it's all said and done, OU will reload, and huskers will get beat again...expect the same thing for at least the next 2 years. When Beck is a Jr. we may have some life. JMHO.

 
Its way to early to tell. A new quarterback is always difficult to judge before they have played. His play will be a huge factor in how good OU is next year.

 
i think that NU will be up 30 to nothing with secs to go and OU will kick a fieldgoal. As Mr Stoops is leaving the field he will look up at the croud and call them "F-ing assheads"

 
OU will come in with their 5th straight great recruiting class, we'll have our 1st good one. They'll have too much talent, will win by 17.

 
OU 35 - NU 20. It will be a game in the first half but then they will pull away. We need anouther year or two before we think about beating them.

 
Neb has a chance at beating OU next year. They will have to play one of the best games of the year, along with loading the box to stop adrian p. I would force the qb to throw, since he will be at a low experience level.

 
i will give my opinion after NU plays 4 -5 games in the fall.....we are all hoping for much better, but it takes a lot of chemistry and good coaching and some time to make real progress....remember, most of these guys that will play together this year will be doing so for the first time, with little more than 30 days to "get-it-togehter".......so don't expect too much too soon

I agree with you. they have talent to reload. This talent is green. I dont recall seeing there starters seeing the bench too often. They were after a nat"l title last year because of the number of seniors. They will be real good. But in my opinion wont be nearly as good as last year. Key positions are inexperienced. We will give them everything they want in Lincoln. :thumbs

 
If we can't stop AD we'll have absoltuely no shot. We have to load up the box and leave our DBs in mostly single coverage, hopefully they'll be ready to play some real football.
