NU Wildcats vs NU Huskers at Rocky Miller Park

We all figured there would be bumps in the road BUT we do need to win tomorrow IF we expect to contend for the BIG regular season championship. It doesn't look like Purdue is going to lose too many not to mention a couple of other teams who are doing well. A loss tomorrow would make us 3-3 which would be devastating. Come on Huskers, get us a win!!

 
Well, we pretty much shot ourselves in the foot... alot... yesterday.

But, if we just keep winning series, things will end up alright. We'll need some sweeps mixed in, and obviously it woulda been nice to get vs. Northwestern, but we need to just focus on winning series and the rest will take care of itself.

 
Road wins are going to be tough to come by. The team seems to definitely be affected by going from playing in front of 5k to 250. The quality of the baseball we play seems correlated with attendance.

We're going to get beat by Norhwestern again in another sport....Football, Basketball, and now Baseball. It seems as though Northwestern is the new NU

 
6-1 Wildcats. Huskers need a huge comeback in the last two innings if we want to win the series. If we lose today, we really need to sweep Iowa.

 
No doubt about Northwestern's pitchers did excellent this weekend. Let's beat K-State, and sweep Iowa to get some momentum heading into mid-april.

 
What a disaster. We will definitely need to sweep Iowa to have a chance in the race for the BIG 10 and any chance for the NCAA tourney. Ouch!!
