Iowa is in such a weird spot. They hate their coach but they are also terrified of what happens when he finally leaves.
I know that a lot of Husker fans have a hardon for Iowa, like they did for Wisconsin a few years ago too. But they are both farm leagues now, poverty programs. Each year those schools get lamer and lamer. They just don't have the financial support to keep up.

Agree with some of this, but Indiana made the playoffs and they have less tradition and money than the idiots and the drunkards. I get that Rambokong thinks only 3 teams in college football are worth acknowledging, but that's a denial of reality.

I see Iowa is playing U Albany. I played on a flag football team with Gary Jones when I moved to Albany after school. He was their all time leading rusher at the time

Saw that Ferentz is coming up on Woody Hayes win total for Big Ten coaches. Imagine being in the same breath as Woody Hayes without any outright conference titles or any conference titles in prior 20 seasons.
