Iowa fans are the most arrogant fan base out there for such a never was program. It is going to suck to probably lose to them again. It would have been nice to face them with Dylan.
The irony of this post is the type of crap that gets Iowa fans going. Nebraska fans still talk about how much better they are than Iowa even after consistently losing to us for the last 10 years. Yes you were great in the 90's. You haven't been good for 25 years. Maybe it's time to admit the B1G transition isn't really working out

I mean I'm not the one posting on a rival team's message board. Iowa's last outright conference championship is like 1985, yet their fans talk like they are Ohio State. I think it is a fair point to bring up and that isn't bragging about Nebraska's past championships. Iowa fans talk crap when they barely beat a team that has zero Big Ten wins. Both teams are not going to the playoffs this year.
I don't know who these people are you're referencing that think we are Ohio St, most of us are pretty realistic. I have family in Nebraska and I used to live in Omaha, so that is the reason for my interest in the board. B1G didn't have a conference title game for many years, so whatever I'll still take those conference titles in the 2000's that we shared, just like I'm sure you still claim your shared nattys. The reality for most teams not named Alabama or Ohio St in the post Big 8 cupcake era is that you enjoy rivalry wins and hope to make the playoffs every few years. We had our chances this year and blew a few close ones, such is life. Losing our minds and firing coaches would lead to the mess you have found yourself in the last 20 years

Agreeing with you. National championships are the same as big ten championships. Both teams 7-4.

Iowa lost the tie breakers for the conference championships in the 00s, so didn't get to be No. 1 spot in the Big 10 any of those times. Nebraska only had to share one National title, 1997.
