Penn State looking a lot like Nebraska in this game.  Numerous stupid penalties, at least 3 dropped passes on 3rd down.  Somehow they are still winning but I'd be shocked if they held on to win this with their backup qb no less the way they're playing which is pretty piss poor from the 2nd qrt on.

In no way possible are we watching the supposed #3 and #4 teams in the country right now.
