I don't see how neither player even attempted to block the defender. That is coaching. More than anything, I wanted to see dominate OL and DL play today. Hopefully we start dominating right now.

There are times where guys miscommunicate! Not that it makes it right, but it is the first game and very early.

Nice way to bounce back, but it seems like we continue to have the same issues year after year after year. Coming out flat, penalties, sloppy play. Hopefully it's just first-game jitters.

The punt coverage sucked because the ball bounced around on the ground in my opinion....hard to account for angles etc when it's a hot potato

Agreed. Defense seems to be light years ahead of the offense...save for the silly offsides penalties.
