If Pelini spends his postgame PC berating the players for lack of execution.......it should be the beginning of the end for him.
These are college players. Even the best teams in the NCAA are utilizing 20 year old kids. Execution is never perfect. But good teams....well coached teams.....execute more often than not. Either you have succes by creating an incredibly disciplined team (Stanford), or you live with mistakes because you have the athletes to make up for it (LSU, Alabama, etc)
You can't have average athletes and undercoach them.
