I for one don't want wholesale changes in the staff. I want them to learn from this. I want them to remember this every single moment of their careers. I want them to learn how to outsmart the opponent like they have been outsmarted, outcoached and outrecruited.

There is something to be said for stability. Devaney had it. Tom had it too
