Nice run, time to get it going again.
Guess that's why i should go one step further in cussing Watson by agreeing 10000000% with you. What do you do when youre qb is crapping his pants and the oline is getting whooped doing what theyre trying to do, you change what they can handle and take the ball out of that qb's hands and put it in someone's that has had success. hence Rexcat, oh hell, 20 yards.I think this has almost everything to do with Taylor's tendency to panic that has always been there. And why a pretty vocal minority wanted Lee to start at the beginning of the year. Moot point now, but you can see why this is a liability. That must have been the worst sack in the history of sacks. Wow, is all I got to say.
Herbie sounds right on here. If Taylor doesn't make his first read, he'll panic and lose his vision, and then can't decide whether to try to look back downfield or whether to take off and go. He could have made himself a sandwich with the time he had on that play. And still got sacked!
No kidding, obviously good coaching from our fearless qb coach and o.c. "Just hang in the pocket till someone runs open, we dont need your reinjuring that ankle.
Taylor has always made up for it with his tremendous explosiveness. If that's gone right now and he's in a cold streak like this, panicking as much as he is with the chips down...I'm about ready to call on Green if I'm Bo. Which is bad news considering the plan, according to jliehr this week, was "Taylor, with no backup plan." So I am extremely worried about sending Green out there. But it's almost come to it.
Like that throw to wide open Kinnie. Taylor led Reed really well against A&M when we last saw him, but is obviously very inconsistent with regards to leading his receivers properly.
Ask and ye shall receive...A steady diet of Roy and Rex would be a good idea
