*****Official College Football Thread - 2015 Edition*****

Lmao, Iowa State beat Texas 24-0. How the hell did OU manage to lose to UT?
As much as we'd like to imagine we're the only traditional power that can't get things right, imagine being Tejas right now.

People raved about the Charlie Strong hire too. Crazy how things change.

Jay Coleman, a professor at the University of North Florida and a rather distinguished one at that, as well as a Redditor on College Football's subreddit are trying to crack the code used by the CFP selection committee. Coleman's formula had a pretty high success rate over the last 4 weeks of last season.

His rankings this week:

1) Clemson

2) Alabama

3) Ohio State

4) Notre Dame

5) Oklahoma State

6) Baylor

7) Stanford

8) Iowa

9) LSU

10) Utah

11) Florida

12) TCU

....60) Nebraska

....75) Rutgers

Iowa State is destroying Oklahoma State. lol
They're tricky little dust devils.

Oklahoma State pulled a Houdini last week, though. They were still out gained by over 200 yards, and outplayed for much of the game. But turnovers have a way of mucking things up. Can't have a 4 turnover deficit against someone with relative talent to you and expect to win.

North Carolina is sending a message the past several weeks. Seems they may feel disrespected.
Don't schedule both North Carolina a&t and Delaware if you want respect. They didn't have to play FSU or Clemson. Let's see how the ACC championship game goes.

Their SOS is so low it may be the lowest P5 SOS under some methods. It's not worth the effort to find out, but it is in that ballpark. Shame, too, because their metrics are so good they may be in a similar position with a substantially tougher schedule.

All I know is, if I'm Clemson I'm damn nervous.

Is that end zone border a wall? That seems safe
I think it's just part of the upper deck or press box coming in on the photo. There clearly isn't a wall in that area in this picture:
