I have been seeing this all year on the D and want to see if I am just imagining it. A D player is in position to tackle and stops or pauses before trying to make the tackle, not sure if hes waiting for other players or worried about the RB cut but just tired of seeing the D players standing still while the runner goes past

It is as if the D does not know how to tackle. I realize that Cos has not been teaching, but didn't they learn to tackle in HS?
