The entirety of the coaching the 2nd half was playing not to loose. This is 100 percent on the coaching staff

 Major questions going forward. 

I agree.  This is on the staff. 100%.  No atempt to help/adjust the non-existent O in the second half.  no adjustments to their D's adjustments at half.  Out coached plain and simple.

He got outplayed for that ball.  

1.  Great DB positioning, and that arm grab is subtle move that you can get away with more often then not.

2.  With the DBs positioning that ball CANNOT be thrown towards the field like it was.  Back shoulder or on the sideline
