Our running backs run straight up into the OL and hit the hole about 60% of the effort that they are capable of.

Why do the running backs run right into the backs of blockers???

Stepp is horrible. So is Ervin. So is ryan held. 

We must not be watching the same games. Stepp is our best back. Gets downhill faster and always seems to fall forward. Ervin, Morrison and Johnson need to be change of pace. Offense should lean on Stepp much more to be successful.
