Tried this one on Saturday. It wasn't as spicy as I thought it might be but still a little too hot to enjoy it. Used it to boil some bratwurst before grilling- worked good for that.

If anybody thinks they might like a somewhat spicy chili beer, try Billies Chilies by Twisted Pine brewery. They're the same guys who make Ghost Face Killah but I really like the Billies Chilies. Very good chili flavor and just enough heat to let ya know about it.

If you're around FOCO, Coopersmith's in Old Town makes an excellent Chili beer.

Yes, I've had their Sigma Green Chile beer. It is very good, not as spicy as Billies Chilies but maybe a little better chile flavor. I've been on a chile beer kick this summer. That stuff is really good when it's hot outside.

 
Dale's Pale Ale: Pale ales aren't my favorite style . . . but holy moley is this good stuff. It might be my favorite summer beer. Now if we could just get Oskar Blues to distribute in Nebraska . . .

Old Chubb: Same brewery as DPA . . . but I'm not crazy about it . . . Very sweet. Not enough roasty/malty flavors. Might be the only scotch ale that I didn't particularly enjoy.

Upslope Brown Ale: Fantastic. Find it. Buy it. Drink it. This is everything that a brown ale should be.

Lindsay's S'more Porter (nitro tap): Might only be available at the NB brewery. If so, that's a damned shame. Delicious.

Also, to you CO residents . . . why on earth does Coors Light cost $24 for a case? That's crazy . . . and it's even crazier that it's the preferred beer for so many people in your state. :confucius

Magic Hat Brewing #9. It's kind of like an IPA. But they say they don't know what it is. So they call it the Not quite IPA #9. Very Good Stuff.
