The Eller hit from the other night, the two game suspension, questionable

But not this. I'm gonna say 4 game suspension...


 
I would say you could be correct, if it were a team other than the wings. Shanahan has a soft spot for that team, so who knows what he will do. I'd say a couple games only because of the team that he plays for.

 
Pretty good games so far today. Pens *survive* with an OT win.

Minnesota is playing pretty tough. Could easily be a 2-1 series in favor of the Wild.

That was definitely a head-scratcher. That's basically telling them that the plays were identical, which they certainly were not.

As soon as I typed the question, the Sens scored, then about 4 or 5 fights broke out off the face off, then the Sens scored again about 5 seconds after the next face off. It was nuts!

As I was watching the start of the game, I got to thinking about the thread where people were discussing the likelihood of Nebraska getting a hockey team. I remember someone saying that no one would watch because there "isn't enough scoring." Even though there isn't a TON of scoring in hockey, every shot attempt or breakaway puts me on the edge of my seat, even if it's for a team in which I have no rooting interest. Plus, there are tons of hits, which everyone loves :)

I've honestly never watched much college hockey, but do they allow fights in college?
