5 would have been excessive. 3 feels a little too much for a first time offender.

I hope Backes gets back for you guys, but glad to see my Hawks win one.
I think 3 is good...

He left his feet and targeted the head...
He hit him before he left his feet, while falling. It doesn't matter though, the suspension has been enforced and he will be back before the next round.
his skates are coming off the ice when he makes contact, thing is he targeted Backes head...

He hit him in the head, he deserved a suspension. He was a first time offender, and I think 1 game would have gotten the message across.

Word out of St. Louis right now is that Backes will play tonight.

Cooke only gets 7 games?? Thats bullsh#t.

Barrie's MCL is tore up, out 4-6 weeks, and that piece of sh#t only gets 7 games...

What the f#*k...

I think I could have been pulled out of the crowd put in pads and stopped that OT goal that Fleury let go by him. He was bad at the end of regulation and in OT.

Isn't it just a little suspicious that in every game, one team has a 3-1 lead at some point and then goes on to lose 4-3.

I'm calling shenanigans! The NHL just wanted CBJ (worst crowd chant in hockey, btw) to win their first ever home playoff game!
