**Official Idaho Game Discussion Thread**

Hopefully some of the idiotic KU fans will shutup about Gill now. Even if they don't end up winning for some reason, it's pretty obvious the first game was a fluke.

Terrific first half... Scoreboard says it.

That being said, sitting here listening and watching Gamecast, it seemed that our rushing defense was soft. Can I reconcile that with the stats that say the D held them to 46 yds rushing? Timely sacks and picks, it seems. That is what a good defense does, isn't it? They make the plays when it counts.

Well it sounds like Gill found his qb late in the game last week so I'm not surprised that the offense is moving the ball. The defense is kind of surprising just because the talent ku has on defense isn't that great...or so I thought. Gill's experience running the triple option had to help...

Actually they've given up more like 16 for 85, Enderle has been sacked 4 times for -39 yards, so yeah, the run defense still isn't getting it done.

They've averaged 5.3 YPC if you take out sacks, of course NU has 239 on 13 carries when you pull out the Martinez sack for 18.4 per carry.
