I will stick with my thoughts...if the Illini don't score on their first possession they won't get over 13 points and this will be a slow cake walk.

Because Illini will be demoralized or you think it will be an indication of how the game will go?

 
I picked us to top 30 in the office pool.  We should hit that easily running.  If we throw 60 times, I'll know Riley wants to retire.

Listening to Riley's pregame show and he sounds like a coke that's lost it's fizz.  I wouldn't be that surprised if he's been told regardless of the game's outcome, tonight is the end of the road.  Not sure if/why they would tell him that ahead of the game, but he sounds different tonight.

Helfrich stayed that “the vibe of the coaching staff on the field before the game is not good.” In his press conference Wednesday he came off very reflective, almost like this is his last go around.

Not so much that...I think that Diaco does a good job of figuring out the offense AFTER the first drive...I think once the offense is trying to make adjustments to him he excels.  I think if they stop them on their first drive it plays to his strengths.
