That is crap as refs were blowing the play incomplete and players were stopping.  You saw officials waiving incomplete.

That exactly how I read it.  How can there be a clear recovery when the play was blown dead?

If anything, call it a fumble and give Nebraska the ball at the point of the fumble. But no clear recovery within 5 seconds of you calling the play dead? F the refs.
