Ohio State, Indiana, Wisconsin, NW never have to worry wether or not the refs will impact the game so severely as we do. It’s because they play sound, fundamental football and don’t beat themselves. 

That doesn't mean the refs aren't bad, too.

Illinois qbs cant complete 50 percent of their passes this season yet chin has the corners play 10 miles off and let the receivers make easy catches. I just dont get it.
