Upside to this drive is the defense got some rest and coaching the downside is no points.

I brought it up that he's really weak and the board wanted him to get more time to "develop."  

It was a sad conversation we want our B1G OC to develop on the job when we're trying to gain relevance.  This is the best we can do?

He's also getting paid 1.5 million a year. This fanbase ignores other fanbases warnings though.

We won't have a run game under Sat. He doesn't want one. He only runs enough to make the defense honest, nothing more, and no originality in play design.
