Official Injury Thread

Turner did practice today but was limited. His conditioning was behind after missing time. Not sure if he'll try to go Saturday or not.

Too lazy to research......Spartans are injury-free?
After two years of having similar luck on the OL, yes for the most part.

Our co-starter at STAR LB (weakside) Jairus Jones sprained his MCL during the ND game. We were hoping to get him back for Nebraska but last week we learned he's done for the year and his career is over. So that's a bit of a bummer.

WR Aaron Burbridge has been out for a couple of weeks with a hamstring issue. He was arguably our best WR last year as a true frosh but has been quiet this year. Should be back for this game.

DT Tyler Hoover has had a great season this year but had a calf (?) injury. He did not play vs. Illinois and UM. We've hoping to have him back for this game but no guarantees.

No other injuries of note.
I can't shake the feeling that NU's mounting injuries and MSU's nearly perfect health becomes the deciding factor in this one. I'm hopeful home field advantage evens things out, but a win will require a gutsy performance by guys stepping up and guys playing hurt.

I still don't think Cotton plays or if he does it won't be much. I would add that Ameer is injured but playing much like Bell. QE is also slowed.

@danhoppen: Bo says Daniel Davie is out for the season (knee); Sirles, Pensick, Moore all questionable for Penn State.
