***Official Iowa Game Discussion Thread***

If I was playing today, I'd let it all fly.  Its the Nebraska Bowl Game.  Take out the years frustration on Iowa, pin you ears back and keep playing power football till the final whistle. 

 
Here's a dumb question:  We beat Iowa, do we keep Riley? I know the answer but would love to hear some thoughts lol

This game is winnable, but not if Diaco plays his stupid, passive, who pads their Heisman stats today defense.

 
How many TVs is it going to take for you to watch the game? I'm not talking about bricking the screen after a pick 6. I'm talking about watch the Skers and the UCF USF game. I brought the TV from my bedroom down to the family room. I'm not sure which game I'm more interested in. 

 
Stanley Morgan needs 31 receiving yards today to set the Nebraska season receiving record. Record now is 942 by Johnny Rodgers in 1972. Morgan had 912 yards right now. 

 
The Weather Service is turning up the heat.  New record temperature of 75 degrees in Lincoln today.  Will any other records be broken today in Lincoln?

riley gets one more year to many coaches we would have to pay we still have to many buy outs. and we would still have to buy out his assiants to if there fired.  so  he gets one more year with him being told by moos if you loose 4 games going in next year your fired.

Hmmm...interesting.  

1.  We have plenty of money to pay for the coaches/staff we have fired.  We have very deep pockets. Most of the assistants will get new jobs right away so pay out for them will be minimal.

2.  Moos already knows how Riley operates.  He's watched the sorry games we've played and there is no way he would give Riley those conditions.  Not in Nebraska. He would be tarred and feathered.  

  I'm not sure if you have been following the current state of Husker football but no new AD would speak so glowingly of a potential coach (Scott Frost) while not having a football head coach job open but Moos did.  I've not heard Moos gush about Riley like that.  So, I'm intrigued why you would make such bold statements?

No offense-just curious.
