Agreed. This is a complete coaching failure. I feel really bad for the players.

Why is it whenever Pierson El catch’s a punt he is surrounded by defenders, but when you opponents catch one, they run for 10 yards before meeting a defender.

Wow.  It's remarkable how little effort there is.  You can sense that these players have no respect for the coaches.  No desire to win the final game for this coaching staff

Yep. I just said the same thing. The D has been bad before but the compete level is just gone to me. It looks like a Spring game right now rather than a year-end rivalry game.
