Using an injured QB to run some draws etc. occasionally to open up other aspects of the offense is sensible but 20+ QB runs while the guy is injured is not smart long term, SF isnt that dumb, this isnt 95 guys, as much as wed like it to be

That's true, but Martinez has to be in the mix as a threat because that's the running game that we run....with multiple threats.

They DESTROYED us under Mike Riley.

It's an 8 point game at Iowa City.

This game is winnable.

It looks like we aren't playing better, but I'm certain many posting this year had stopped watching games last year. Iowa scored 28 unanswered last year in the 3rd quarter.

Their fake field goal was a mistake.

Is Martinez still injured?

Wearing the knee brace indicates some level of injury, its not like we are headed to a bowl game and honestly we “should” be able to score without relying too heavily on AM’s legs, sucks but its where we are at, future looks bright no need to be desperate and risk the kids health
