Rahmir is a one-cut I-back. Grant has been spooked so much, he lost that ability. 

Agree.  He makes that one move, plants and goes....AG now shuffle, shuffle, tackle.  He'd be a beast if he'd just plant that foot and go.  Holes are not going to be there.  He needs to make them.
