Let's not crap on the defense too much right now.
First of all Carl has taken a step back in his role as DC, and Bo has taken more control. And I think we've seen improvement in the D as a result (remember, it was quite bad against NW, and earlier in the year). And these last two touchdown drives that took Michigan from 17-10 to 31-10...
1) we fumbled the ball deep in our territory, then got a pass interference in the end zone.
2) we get our punt blocked in our own territory; stop them near the goal line brilliantly, and then they pick up the 4th and 1 on a fake FG.
That is how this game got out of hand.
