Yep.  And we forgot that for 30 minuted.  Making him a non factor until this drive.
So the plan was to turtle in the first half, then knowing that Frost and Co. don’t make the best halftime adjustments,  lure Michigan into thinking they don’t need to make adjustments and then BAM we hit them over the head with the original game plan.

The analytics crowd drives me crazy sometimes. Analytics don’t consider that playcalling is a chess game and play calls need to be used to set other calls up. You can’t just pass every play.
Exactly. Sometimes the best offenses use Series based play call strategies.

We've called a lot of inside run series type plays, then finally hit the play-action pass off of those runs.

Now Frost & Lubick might go to their next series of play calls. That could be quick pass, quick pass, and then set up the QB Draw or QB-Dart
