If this game doesn't proof to TA that we need a great coaching hire I don't know what will. I hope they win but the reality of the fact is how bad are we going to lose by? None of these losses are on MJ regardless if he is the acting head coach.

Sounds like Smothers told the coaches he’s going to transfer after this season and he would prefer to not play and burn his redshirt. He has played in 4 games and still has his redshirt available.

As I expected him to. Hope he has a shorter leash if he looks like he did the last two games but without Smothers I wouldn't hold my breath.

With the OSU matchup around the corner, this is the perfect game to showcase Michigan. ABC 230pm. It's a setup. 100% chance we will see and hear how great they are for 60 minutes. Might want to put this game on mute lol

Sounds like Smothers came out to warmups a few minutes later than the rest of the QB's. I still wouldn't be shocked if he doesn't play today.
