Can't have this kind of game, Beck. This Michigan State defense is damned good, Tommy's a young QB. What's the potential upside out of a very short range throw that depends on him reading the defense correctly? What's the potential downside?

Set up the option, and go deep off of it. If it's a pick, it's a long punt. If it's a completion, it's a long gain.
