***Official Michigan St. Game Discussion***

I say this every time, when a team doesn't try to move the ball and just basically lets the clock run out and escape into the locker room for half-time, bad things happen. We have the ball with several TO's left and an opportunity to drive down and maybe kick a field goal but instead do nothing (like usual) and then a fumble occurs. Ugh.

What? This has been perhaps Beck's best game plan, in my opinion. They've been able to move the ball consistently. But we have zero depth at RB, and all the freshmen playing due to injuries are making unforced error after unforced error.

Man, I realy thought our RB depth would be deep, byt Cross and Newby not impressing at all today. Regressing maybe

No, sir - the late pitch was by Armstrong. The pitch was high and lazy. Thumb to the sky when you pitch it. Don't pitch it in that situation. That's on the QB.

They have been able to move the ball when TA was handing the ball to AA, and then abandoning the run killing the drive that could have gotten us some points...

Beck needs to be jettisoned...

I'm assuming we are watching the same game, so I'll also assume that you comprehension is not quite up to par. Tommy Armstrong not a coach. Terrell Newby, not a coach. Westerkamp, also, not a coach. There you go, four turnovers, none of them coaches. Hope that helps bud.

 
The Time of Possession needs to flip in the second half for Nebraska to even have a chance.

Count me not impressed by this MSU Defense. Nebraska has moved the ball very effectively. They haven't stopped Nebraska, we have stopped ourselves.

 
Our defense should not at all be upset with themselves right now, they've played the best that we could ask from them.

Our offensive skills players, on the other hand...

 
Come out this next half and play mistake free, we win IMO.

I like 90% of what this coaching staff does. You have to give them credit for being in the hunt for the division, and for the O being able to run on sparty despite all the injuries. But the other 10% baffles me. Bo hasn't had a team that could field a punt for 6 years. He plays stand up and wait D way too often, and no coach at NU knows how to coach a player about fumbles ( preventing or causing).
