One thing I saw today that I didn't like was Pelini flipping out at players on the field. He gets in Mitchell's a$$ while he's still on the field..instead of getting ready for the next snap. I wonder sometimes if that's why our guys aren't ready for the snap half the time...because the coaches are bitching about the last play. Can't the tirades wait until film study? Us fans got the bitching and yelling covered. Coach the team. Get the unit aligned and move on to the next play.

This is why I think changes need to be in the staff.  Bo can stay, but he needs to get an experienced OC and DC.

Exactly. The stupid look Pap had on his face after the last td sums him up entirely for me. Confused, dumbfounded, and over his head. Fans really can't look to the future with hope when the people leading the team are incompetent.
