Gets pushed and momentum get a hold of him. F' the refs. There's been questionable calls that you could explain away as ticky tack, but that was absolute BS. If he looked like he was going for the tackle, call that foul. But he had both hands in the air, and looked like he was falling forward. Use some common sense.
