This. We have a handful of backs who do nothing but produce; we have Newby who does nothing. Yet Newby is the starter. Yuck.
On a positive play, I'm real happy for Cross. I've been one of his few supporters and always wished he would have started (even over Ameer before his final two years which makes me look stupid, I know).
