***Official Michigan State Game Discussion Thread***

Difference in the game so far in my opinion is when Langsdorf called that bubble screen pass that got blow-up for a loss right after Nebraska was driving the ball with the running game inside Michigan State's 30 yard line.

It was a drive killing play-call decision. Probably could have gotten a touchdown, but had to settle for the field goal.
Pretty much every stalled drive thus far was because we abandoned the run.

I am so confused. I thought we don't criticize the players.

Unfortunately Langsdork is freaking out in the locker room right now, so expect a suprising, very productive running game to go mia this half
Everyone knows you can't run the ball 2 or 3 plays in a row. It's impossible. 2nd and 5, after gaining 5 yards on a 1st down run play, has to be a pass play. I mean, just think what would happen if we ran it for 5 yards again....that would be a first down without a pass. Can't have that.

They go with the pooch kick instead of putting it in Stanley Morgan's hands. Boy, we're really missing Jordan Stevenson back there. lol

And now you know why aiming for an arbitrary 50/50 ratio is stupid.
