Minnesota hasn't given up more than 24 points all season long.

24 points would have won us the past 2 games...as bad as people think the Defense has been, its the lack of offense that has us 2-4 and not 4-2.

It's both. If we weren't the worst pass D in the country, we'd be 4-2. If we had just a little more consistency on O, we'd be 4-2. If we had both, we'd be 6-0.

Newby having the best game of his career...and Minnesota fans are probably bitching about how bad their rush defense is right now, letting NU's RB have a record day.

They are 9 spots below us in the Rush defense at #17. They apparently haven't played a team that actually ran. It could be they watched film and know Langdorf will pass whenever possible and didnt expect all the run game.

Our offense is finally back. At least for a quarter. Need this to counter our very porous pass defense. Even worst than usual considering how bad Minney's pass offense is.
