***Official Minnesota Game Discussion Thread***

If he's going to bail on catching it he needs to get clear, that ball makes a bad bounce it would be right into his back.

Nice first half, I was glad to see the coaches decide maybe the red zone is a good place to run it and run it some more.

Another crappy special teams play. We have to get the guts to field punts. Beautiful weather. No excuses. Just wanted to run the clock out. So why hand the ball off on the last play of the half. Take a knee! Risk a fumble when you have no (zer0) interest in trying to move the ball down field. It was obvious. If you had any hopes, run something that has a good chance of breaking for some good yards and then out of bounds. or JUST DOWN THE BALL.

They told DPE to let it go and avoid a turnover then risked a fumble inside our own ten. ?

13 pass attempts, 20 rush attempts. That's the good.

Defense took Kalu out of the game. Mitch Leidner is 16/17 which is funny, but not surprising.

Huskers are up 24-14, and it's been a mostly productive half. Can't complain too much about it.

If Newby gets 40 yards on that play, we're in a completely different position. At some point you have to trust your players to take care of the football.
