Damn Braves got their behinds kicked tonight. I thought they were gonna take it when they scored 2 runs in the first. Teheran is usually a solid pitcher, but I guess his youth got the best of him tonight. Im taking back my pick on the Braves, even if Dodgers lose tomorrow, Kershaw will most likely pitch game 5.

 
Wacha with a gem, Martinez with the hold and Rosenthal saves it. Future is bright as none of those kids are over 23. Beating Wainright in game 5 will be almost impossible

 
That's two starts in a row for wacha. Pujols is the gift that keeps on giving. We'll be in game 5, just hope we can get to Cole this time. Having seen him just a few days ago really helps.

 
Wacha is unbelievable. 2 hits in his last 16 innings. Goes on the road in an elimination game and does that. Makes one mistake against Alvarez, but it seems like no other Cardinal pitcher can get him out either.

Alvarez is definitely on fire and the MVP of the the playoffs so far for the Pirates. Wacha reminds me so much of Wainright that it is scary and hopefully they can combine to head up the staff the rest of the playoffs.

 
I like the fact that Chris Carpenter is hanging around these young guys. Give them some of his attitude on the mound.
