Tennessee has a good amount of talent and has underachieved under Jones. NU is pretty bad though too.

What I wouldn't give to have the team from 97 now. I mean 95 would be nice, but 97 would suffice at this point!

Being in SEC country I've watched a lot of Tennessee football....they are not a good team at all. If we were playing a really good team we'd be losing by 40 already with our effort

Least talented Husker team I think I've ever seen on the field for one game.

That includes 2007.

Probably true. Those mid classes Bo got have turned out to be very Minnesota like and we haven't seen much excellence from the younger guys yet. Pretty tired of waiting it's next year for me young OL new QB yeah fine blah blah next year the team needs to be better IMO.

but the lines get better next year right?!?!?

More leadership, strongest we've been. best off season workouts since I've been here. Just a different team....blah, blah, blah....

Missing your best two offensive players and your best defensive player. We never had a chance with our lack of depth.

Absolute worst front 7 on D the Huskers have ever fielded. Not one of these players is starter quality. Worst set of LBs and DEs I've ever seen at Nebraska. OL is also unbelievably low quality. Even Gates who so many rave about is not elite and many years would not start for Nebraska. Next year should be all about getting young talent on the field and forget about playing guys because they are juniors or seniors.

Our depth is horrible. Who's accountable? Coaches, recruiting, talent, development...

We were told that with our resources Riley would be bringing in top talent. Hasn't happened. The current class is comparable to Bo's classes, and we'll be reaching just to fill the class. We need 4 and 5-stars to be the norm, not the exception. Only way that happens is if we bring in a big name who top players will actually want to come to Lincoln to play for.
