Do we even have any stud 2017 recruits that could even be jeopardized if Banker was let go?

There is so many glaring comparisons between Riley/Banker, Callahan/Cosgrove relationships.

Oregon State fans wanted Banker fired years ago and now NU is stuck with him because he is BFF's with Riley.

I felt good about Banker this entire year, but the Ohio State game, Iowa and then following up that Iowa game with todays performance is just unacceptable for Nebraska.

Banker has been hidden by poor opposing offenses and NU's offense controlling the clock and TOP. Oregon torched NU pretty good in game 3.

Mavric showed stats regarding yards per play for NU's defense this year, and it wasn't good. Just seeing that come to fruition the past few games.

Lot of depth at WR this year. Stanley will need to be a stud next year.

Basically the reason I wasn't excited about this game. Not a very fun game.
