That's at least the third mistake DPE has made on punt returns this seaon,

1. First game fielded the ball at the 5 yard line.
   
2. Oregon game wasn't aggressive in fielding final punt when there was clearly a lane.
   
3. Just now - not fielding a punt or fair catching at the 10 yard line.

Punt fielding is still a killer problem   Over the past 5 years, we've probably forfeited 2000 yards of field position just because we are afraid to catch punts.  It is sickening.  Put two guys back and ones that are not afraid to run after the catch it.

I'd go with bubble screen here or a slow developing, guard pulling, no lead blocking FB run play
